CRPS Coaching Program
The program built for CRPS patients, by someone living it.
You used to be the one everyone came to
Or maybe you were independent and had a handle on your life.
That person feels very far away now.
CRPS took your identity, piece by piece. On the bad days, it feels like it's gone forever.
That's the part that breaks people. Not just the pain — the permanence. CRPS affects women three to four times more than men, and research shows that nearly three in four patients are at high risk for suicidal ideation. Not because they're weak. Because believing something will never get better is one of the most psychologically devastating experiences a person can face.
Every flare recalibrates your floor. Every setback might become your new baseline — and not knowing which ones will is its own kind of torment. So you learn to keep bracing yourself for the next thing that takes something else away.
And underneath all of it is the shift you grieve most quietly: from being someone who gave, to needing. The shame of asking for help with things that used to be nothing. Feeling like a burden to the people you used to carry. The confusion and distress — the sudden pain that comes with experiencing a slight breeze, a shower, a hot day, or sitting on a hard chair — is nothing short of crazy-making for the strongest psychological minds.
There is no cure as of yet. You already know that. What no one has truly offered you is a way to live inside that reality without it consuming everything you have left.
What makes this different
I'm Dr. Darshana Lele. I'm a licensed psychologist — and I've lived with CRPS for 16 years.
I'm not someone who studied chronic pain from the outside. I know what it feels like to cancel on people again. To do the daily calculation of whether asking for help is worth the guilt. To sit in a therapist's office and realize they've never looked up your diagnosis, or see a physician who has no clue or limited understanding of CRPS aside from it being a chronic pain disorder.
That gap — between what CRPS patients need and what actually exists — is why I built this program.
This is not a support group. Yes, you absolutely will receive support in here. But there will be no venting with nowhere to go. Every session has a purpose, a structure, something you can gain as specific skills, and forward movement. It's built on evidence-based approaches — ACT, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation — adapted for the specific reality of living with CRPS.
It's also selectively and purposefully small. Five to seven people per cohort. Where everyone will get equal screen time to specifically discuss their issue as it relates to the topic and how the skills we are going over can be applied to their unique life. Not a Facebook group of thousands. A room where everyone in it actually understands what you're describing.
What becomes possible
This program will change how you live with CRPS — while you continue exploring every medical possibility.
What you will leave with is a different relationship with your condition — and with yourself. Skills that actually account for the unpredictability of CRPS. A way to navigate flares without being completely derailed. Language to advocate for yourself in medical settings. Or to finally explain to friends and family exactly how your mind and body are being impacted by this condition — in a way they can actually hear.
And something harder to name but just as real: the experience of being fully understood by people who are living the same thing. And by others who never quite understood how a pleasant experience for everyone — like a soft touch — could now be causing you pain.
That alone changes everything.
You'll also leave with a personal toolkit — built around your unique life, your triggers, your specific version of this condition. Not generic coping strategies designed for someone with or without chronic pain.
The goal isn't to get your old life back. It's to rebuild your life — on your terms, with someone who understands your limitations from the inside out.
What's included
8 weeks. 5 to 7 people. One live 75-minute session per week via video, plus self-paced audio and materials between sessions for days when showing up live isn't possible. Sessions for CRPS clients are held on Thursdays at 12pm PST/3pm EST. This timing should work for most of the countries worldwide but please double check. If you happend to fall in an area that this time is not amenable to, feel free to reach out to us to explore 1-on-1 coaching options (if space is available), which may be a better fit for your needs.
The 8 sessions:
You are not alone
The anxiety-pain-depression cycle
Healing from medical trauma and gaslighting
Managing identity loss — who am I now?
Finding hope and purpose with CRPS
Communicating with family without losing yourself
Advocating for yourself in medical settings
Building forward — your life, your terms
Plus a private group for cohort communication throughout the 8 weeks, a personal toolkit you build as you go, and a 30-day follow-up session after graduation.
This is for you if:
You have been living with CRPS for at least six months
You are tired of explaining yourself to people who don't understand
You've tried therapy or support groups and walked away feeling worse or unseen
You are ready to do structured work, not just vent
You want skills, not sympathy
Flares happen — if you miss a session, recordings and materials are available so you never fall behind
Who is this for?
This is NOT for you if:
You are in active psychological crisis and need immediate clinical care — though this program can run alongside therapy if you have one
You are looking for a cure or medical treatment — you won't find that here, but you will find something that helps you live better inside the reality you have
You cannot commit to showing up for 8 weeks, once a week
